welcome. We’re glad you’re here.

property taxes

what if?

What if you aren’t actually free? What if no American has truly enjoyed real freedom for over 100 years?

What if we’ve ALL been led to believe we do have freedom but in reality, we don’t?

“None are so hopelessly enslaved as those who falsely believe they are free.” – Goethe

permits and license

3 questions

1. What can you do that does not require a license, a permit or permission?

2. What happens if you stop paying property taxes on your car, home or any other substantial item you own?

3. Do your children belong to you? Is their education and personal welfare entirely in your hands?

Based on your own answers — are you truly free?

For example, if you own your home and you have paid it off but you don’t pay that property taxes — will you keep your home? Or lose it?

If you would lose your home then who owns it? Are you the owner or merely a caretake?

…are unique.

We all have grown up believing freedom is our natural heritage. That is why most Americans would be shocked to learn we have not been free for nearly a century now.

Want to know what this means? How this happened? And — what you can do that will actually matter? You’re in the right place.

WHAT IS NATIONAL STATUS?

Before we talk about “national status”, what it means, how simple it is to do and why it matters — which is the whole point of this website — let’s establish one primary idea that lies at the foundation of everything you will learn here.

Have you heard phrases like “I have the right of free speech”, “I have the right to own a gun”, or “The American people have rights”?

Have you said these things yourself?

did you know?

The American Constitution, our Bill of Rights nor any other founding document provides rights to the people.

That’s right.

The Founding Fathers never intended to provide “rights” to the people.

Instead our founding documents were written to PROTECT the natural, god-given rights of the people.

Do you see the profound difference?

THAT is what made the American Constitution so unique in the world. THAT is what set our original form of government apart from every other nation in world history… a government by the people, for the people.

now, let’s talk about the 14th Amendment

The 14th Amendment is the only amendment that grants “rights”.

There is no other place where “rights” are granted. Not anywhere in our founding documents. The only exception is the 14th Amendment.

The 14th Amendment was passed by the Senate on June 8, 1866, and ratified two years later, on July 9, 1868.

There is still a prolific discussion going on today that questions the constitutionality of the 14th Amendment and there’s ample evidence to show it was never properly ratified. Whether it was or was not — it has been the law for over 100 years now. We will discuss this further in other articles. For now, let’s continue to find out what happened.

what are 14th Amendment rights?

14th Amendment rights are commonly known as “civil rights”.

Civil Rights are granted by the government. They can be given — and — taken away.

The Fourteenth Amendment granted citizenship to all persons “born or naturalized in the United States,” including formerly enslaved people, and provided all citizens with “equal protection under the laws”.

Does it strike you as odd the 14th Amendment would be written in such a way as to give “citizenship” to everyone in the United States, at that time?  After all, by the late 1800’s people had been living here for generations and were already citizens!

If the 14th Amendment was primarily intended to give formerly enslaved individuals citizenship — why give citizenship to everyone who was born or naturalized here?

If it doesn’t strike you as odd — let’s look at this another way.

If the 14th Amendment is the ONLY place in all of our founding documents that offers “rights” NOT considered natural or god-given but instead given by a central governing power (Washington D.C.), and these “rights” could be given and taken away by that same government, any way they saw fit — how  would that government benefit?

question

Why give everyone  who was born or naturalized in America a whole new kind of “citizenship”? A citizenship that changed everything for everyone? A citizenship that has been hidden for all these years since!

answer

Because it would hide the secret change that would make every American re-defined from a person with natural, god-given rights — PROTECTED by the Constitution — to citizens that would now be ruled by a central government power that could give and take civil rights, as they saw fit!

beginning to see?

Are you starting to get a glimpse of how, under the guise of freeing the slaves — every single American became… enslaved?
